Some FAQ before sending us a message below:
Q: How are you doing bike sales/I am wondering if a specific bike I saw on your website is available?
Q: Can I make an appointment for service?
A: We do not take appointments. It is first come first serve, but we are much more efficient this way as we do not deal with cancelations or late arrivals. Just come to the store with your bike or other repair item and we will take it from there.
Q: How long to repairs take?
A: Repair turn around times vary drastically through the season but on AVERAGE we try and do flat tires between 24 and 48 hours and larger repairs (tune ups etc.) can be anywhere from 5-14 days.
Q: Are you open during the STAY AT HOME ORDER?
A: Yes we are still open, just no in-store shopping. If you require a product, please contact us ahead of time about what you require so we can set it aside for curbside pick up. If you require service to your bike, you can just come to the front of the store and we will assess your bike and book it in.
