How can I buy a bike that is on your website?
A: If you are interested in a bike on our site, please call us to check stock right away and reserve the bike. Stock is moving fast and re-orders are not going to fulfill all the demand.
What do I need to do to reserve a bike?
A: Reserving the bike guarantees you the bike you want even if it doesn't arrive for a few days, weeks or months. We take a $100 deposit or 10% of the purchase price (whichever is larger) and assign you a specific bike either in store or on a future shipment. Some conditions apply; please speak to a team member for more details.
Q: Can I make an appointment for service?
A: We do not take appointments. It is first come first serve, but we are much more efficient this way as we do not deal with cancellations or late arrivals. Just come to the store with your bike or other repair item and we will take it from there.
Q: How long to repairs take?
A: Repair turnaround times vary drastically through the season but on AVERAGE we try and do flat tires between 48 to 72 hours and larger repairs (tune ups etc.) can be anywhere from 10-14 days. During the winter season almost all repairs can be completed within 48 hours.
