1. Can you repair my bike and can I get a quote?
A:We repair almost all bikes. The best thing to do is bring your bike by the store for a complimentary assessment. We do not typically give quotes for repairs over email or the phone. We also do not repair e-bikes that do not run on Bosch or Shimano e-bike systems.
2. Do you have this product in stock?
A: The products on our website are a mix of items that are in stock today and available for pick up or delivery within a few days. Calling us at 416-787-6238 is the fastest way to confirm in stock availability
2. Do you ship/deliver?
A: Yes almost all our items delivered right to your door step. Just make sure you select your shipping option at check out, in-store pick up is the default. Unfortunately bikes cannot be shipped through the website and in-store pick up is required.
